The independent living/assisted living senior care facility was acquired from Regency Senior Center, LP and the transaction was financed by a loan from Wilshire Bank. The gated community will be renovated and a new memory care facility will be added to the property in the 4th quarter of 2015.

The hotels were acquired from Campbell Lodging, the original owner/developer of the hotels and the transaction was financed by a loan from GE Capital. The properties were constructed in 2009. A $2.8 million property improvement plan for the hotels is expected to be complete in the 4th quarter of 2015.
